  • Eligible for refunds: Paid subscription fees within 14 days of initial purchase if you have used less than 10 GB of data.
  • Not eligible for refunds: Free trial subscriptions, usage beyond 10 GB, renewals after the first billing cycle.

3. Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request via support@privatenet.app within the eligibility window.
  • Requests should include your account email, subscription plan, and reason for refund.

4. Timeframe for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Fees for additional services (e.g., static IP, dedicated server) unless explicitly covered.
  • Any charges incurred due to third‑party payment processors or currency conversion fees.
